The cut pattern for this t-shirt is designed to be tiled across the width and length of fabric with no gaps in between. All pieces are rectangles making it easy to use to up all fabric with little waste hitting the cutting room floor. Shaping is achieved with darts and the neckline is cut, folded and topstitched as a reinforcement and place to put a tag.
The textile design is a schematic of a tone generator circuit using a 555 timer. The twist is instead of the symbols you would expect for a resistor or capacitor they have been replaced with various types of desserts. The resistor symbol becomes the frosting on top of an eclair and a capacitor becomes a jelly donut. Bright RGB backgrounds are printed on a soft organic interlock knit.
