Description
This bag is a tote and turns into a low-key backpack for all your farmer’s market and biking needs. It is printed with a repeating pattern of dashed lines illustrating where a patch pocket can be sewn. The print works on its own and acts as a guide for where to place a patch pocket. The latter goes hand-in-hand with a zine I am currently writing that teaches the reader how to hand-sew a patch pocket onto a piece of fabric (or shirt or bag!).
The fabric is made from a lightweight cotton twill and has been prewashed before cutting. Wash using cool water and low-medium dryer heat.
Each bag is cut from a low-waste pattern meaning that each piece is a rectangle which significantly cuts down on waste fabric while cutting the bag from fabric. Each bag is made by me.
